Ingo Money is a fast paced, growing company looking for fast paced experienced customer service representatives in a call center environment!
Job duties include:
Responds to incoming customer calls concerning new and existing customer accounts within a call center environment.
Maintains company standards during recorded calls in order to ensure high quality service.
Receives incoming calls and makes outbound calls when necessary.
Receives and remedies customer complaints and grievances.
Answers emails that come in for service requests.
Required skills include the following:
Good communications skills
Patient and calm
This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a phone customer service setting.
